室内で、洗った資源ゴミを一時的に入れておけるカバンと専用ラック。貯まったらカバンをさっと持って捨てにいく。リユースし続けられる。インテリアの中で、ゴミ箱と感じさせずに存在できるから、置き場所を選ばない。貯まった量が袋の膨らみで一目で分かる。洗える布製のモバイルカバンが、資源ゴミの一時的なステイ（泊る）場所というコンセプト。

Inside a room, bags with a custom rack is used for washed 'resource' waste to be deposited temporarily. The bag is immediately taken away for disposal. Reusable and anywhere to place it. Made of washable cloth. For serving as a place where 'resource' waste can rest (lodge) temporarily.

なんだか美味しそう！と思ったのが今回使った再生素材"エコプライ"との始めの出会いでした。原料であるペットボトル・キャップの破片のいい感じの「混ざり具合」とこの素材自体の独特の「軽さ」をそのまま活かすことにこだわって、資源ゴミ箱、ユニットシェルフ等をつくりました。素材の循環をテーマに、いつものシンプルニュートラルな優しいデザインで。

When I saw the ECO-PLY. I designed a resource trash box and shelf and so on, valuing the lightness and mix feeling of the PET bottle lid. I made simple, natural and warm furniture thinking of the resource recycling and the circulation system.

Treasure Mapは、treasured trash@CET06への一つのアンサーであり、リサイクルと地球保護のあらゆる面を識別するための、新しいビジュアルシステムの提案である。シンプルで力強いこの3つのグラフィック・シンボルは、それぞれReuse、Recycle、Reduceを表し、この問題が不変なものであると訴えかける。

Treasure Map is a response to CET06 statement brief. It's a proposal for new expanded visual system to identify various aspects of recycle and conservation. These three graphic symbols represent the concepts such as Reuse, Recycle and Reduce in a simple and consistent matter.

会場に出現した巨大な「おふるやま」。シャツ、セーター、ズボン……、積み上げられた無数のおふる。その一つ一つに、どんどん命が吹き込まれていく。おふるが、おさるになっていく。

Countless articles of used clothing piled up. One by one, life is gradually breathed into them. The used clothes(=ofuru) become monkeys(=osaru).

The trash problem is becoming a real and substantive problem in us. We have not honestly thought about making the work of the trash and recycling problem purposely up to now. However, I think that our body has felt the sense of crisis instinctive rather than the head now. What we can do now.

After accidentally leaving a book out in the rain, Hannah Lobley developed Paperwork, a unique recycling technique using the printed pages of unwanted books and paper. My work is exploratory - trying to explore and investigate materials for what they are. Love the nature of synthetic plastic bottles, and their relationship to light. Also very interested in using age-old craft techniques to make contemporary objects. I have tended to use limitation as a tool in my work - by limiting myself to a specific material or technique for a period of time, and found new and interesting ways to use that material.

マンガ『オッス！トン子ちゃん』スペシャル水筒が2モデル登場。青い水筒「クローバー」には、4つ葉ならぬ3つ葉のクローバーの森に間違って迷い込んでしまったトン子（1つしか4つ葉のない悲しい状況なのダス）。赤い水筒「森の落とし物」には、きのこで跳び箱するトン子が！（ん〜〜楽しいダス！）

The manga “Ossu! Tonko-chan” issues two special edition of water bottles, “Clover” and “A lost object of forest”. These water bottles feature nature-based motifs, reminiscent of picnics on a summer and autumn day.

記憶の欠片は薄れてウソになるものだ。記憶のすれ違いによって作り変わった記憶の動物は、あまりにも曖昧だけど、それはもしかしたら過去にいた生物かもしれない。だいたいでしか物をみていない私たちだけど断片化された表面の細部には宇宙が広がる。

A fragment of memory fades away and it becomes untrue.Our memories of an animal change from what existed in the past because of our fading thoughts. Though this idea sounds too vague.We see the world imperfectly, but the universe spread s from this subtle point to its fragmented surface.

今後の分別ゴミピクトグラムのニュースタンダードになるような、視覚伝達デザインを会場内のサイン等でも確実に表現してみたい。こうして生まれくるピクトたちが、ひとつのストーリーを紡ぎだす絵本をつくってみたいと思っています。

かつて文字が生まれる以前、情報の視覚伝達手段として有効な役割だった絵文字。洞窟等に記されたそれらを見ると、伝えようとした事実のみならずその背景にある風景や文化が見えてきて、より深く理解できることがある。それらと同じように意味を正確に伝えつつイメージの広がりによって、より強く伝わるものを表現したい。

I want to create the new standard pictogram for the teash/resource box. I also wish to create some series of picture books of the new pictogram.

The pictograph was one of communication tools before the letter appeared. Looking at the pictograph in the ancient cave, sometimes we can understand the scenery and culture more deeply as well as the fact. Creating strong pictogram that tells us the exact meanings and stimulates our imagination.

PET BOTTLE ARMER

ペットボトルをくり抜いて作ったスパンコールなどのパーツを、一つ一つ編みこんで作った「ボディーアクセサリー」。ペットボトルの活用方法を「中世の鎧」という過去の産物の形を借りる事で表現しました。戦争に使われた鎧は本来スティールで出来ていましたが、現代の消費戦争の中で浮上したペット素材は軽くて透明です。

"Body accessory",it is made from knitting the parts hollowed out pet bottle. I recognize it as a today's armor. The armor in Middle Ages was made of steel,but today's one made from plastic under such a consumption wars in the world.

宝になるゴミもあれば、ゴミになる宝もある。たとえば、宝くじっていうのは、宝に変わる可能性もあるんだけど、ほとんどの確率でゴミ、紙切れになっちゃう。treasured trash ではなく trash treasure ですね。僕たちはそんなゴミくずに金を払って、一攫千金を夢見るわけです。

We might find a treasure from a trash. On the other hand, we often throw a treasure which become a trash. For example, it's a lottery, a totally trash itself, almost always, but people pay some money for the trash. The phenomenon "trash treasure".

treasured trashとは、決して空けたことさえない箱に入っている、捨てることができない意外で恐ろしいもの。

treasured trash is ... strange, appalling objects that I can't discard contained in boxes I never even open.

リワインドは、コミュニケーションをデザインする会社です。企業のブランド戦略、広告表現、商品開発、ＮＰＯの広報活動支援など、さまざまな活動を行っています。総勢6名の小規模なオフィスですが、規模やメディアにかかわらず「肉声で伝わる表現」をめざしています。

REWIND is a company for design communications, dealing with various activities of Corporate branding, ADs, Product development, PR support for NPO and so on. Aiming at "the expression of a natural voice" regardless of the scale or media though it is a small-scale office of six whole numbers.

TIDE CHANDELIER

潮/月の満ち引きによって海岸に打ち上げられた廃棄物を集めて製作された。人間によってつくられ人間によって廃棄された多様な形状のプラスティックゴミがひとつの球体を形成しているシャンデリア。

2 years ago he started his current design project, collecting all kinds of refuse and using this to recreate something new so giving these items a new life and new meaning. As a result each sculpture or chandelier is a totally individual piece.

デザインに関わるうえで避けて通ることのできない"限られた資源"を意識しながら取り組みました。資源化され、新たな製品になってもその素材の背景にある成り立ちやストーリーが感じられてもいいのではないでしょうか。オフィスから大量に発生する紙ゴミがステーショナリーの素材へ、回収されたペットボトルが組み立て式のゴミ箱へ。

We worked this project while considering the limited resource, the essential thing for design. A large amount of paper trash generated from the office to the material of the stationery. The collected used PET bottle to the trash box of the assembly type. You'll see the background of the recycled material and story from these new products.

人とゴミの新しい関係を作りたいと思い、ゴミを捨てる時に一つのセリフを用意しました。「SEE YOU AGAIN!」は捨てる行為が最後の別れではない事を伝えたかったから。

"SEE YOU AGAIN!" is a saying inspired by garbage to be used after acts of consumption. Abandonment is never the last parting. This phrase extends and modifies the relationship between people and objects.
